These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of glowteam.store and any purchase you make from Glow Bioresearch, a
trading name of Glow Bioresearch, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please
read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and use of the site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You
agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt
to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide. Our products are physical laboratory and
study instruments sold for laboratory, educational and research use; you are responsible for using them
safely and lawfully.
2. Products, descriptions and availability
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, including size, capacity and pack count.
Minor variations in appearance may occur, and product images are representative. All products are subject to
availability; if an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you and offer a substitute, a backorder
or a refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are calculated where
required. We make every effort to price accurately; in the rare event of a clear pricing error we will
contact you before charging and you may confirm or cancel the order. Payment is taken in full at the time of
order through our secure payment processor. All charges are one-time; we do not offer subscriptions. See our

4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping
confirmation; until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if we cannot verify payment,
suspect fraud, or the item is unavailable — and will refund any amount charged.
5. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping timescales and costs are set out on our Shipping page, and returns,
refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns policy, both of which form part
of these Terms.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that goods will be as described and free from material defect at the time of delivery, and we
will replace or refund a defective item under our returns policy. Except for that, and to the fullest extent
permitted by law, the site and the products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties,
express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the
amount you paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential
losses. This does not limit any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other
liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, product photography, graphics, the Glow Bioresearch name and mark, and the site
design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow Bioresearch, LLC and its officers and employees from any claim or demand
arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or the products, to the extent permitted
by law.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control,
including carrier disruпитtion, supplier failure, natural events, utility or network outages, or governmental
action. Where such an event occurs we will let you know and, if it materially affects your order, offer you a
refund or a revised timescale.
11. Electronic communications and notices
By ordering, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — order confirmations,
shipping notices and service messages — at the email address you provide, and you agree that these
satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms
without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These Terms,
together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding
your use of the site and any order.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to
that order. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its
