How card payments are taken, and how they are protected
Glow Bioresearch takes payment security seriously. This page explains how we accept payment, what protections are in
place, and what we do — and do not — do with your card details.
Accepted payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover,
through a secure encrypted checkout. Digital wallets may also be offered at checkout where available.
One-time billing
Every charge on Glow Bioresearch is a single, one-time payment for the goods you order. We do not
offer subscriptions and we do not store your card to bill you again — there are no recurring charges of
any kind.
How your card is protected
- Encryption in transit. The entire site is served over HTTPS/TLS, and card details are
transmitted encrypted directly to our payment processor. - PCI-DSS. Card processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your full
card number is never stored on our servers and is not visible to us. - AVS and CVV. Address Verification and the card security code are checked on every
transaction to confirm the card is being used by its holder. - 3-D Secure. Where your bank supports it, an additional 3-D Secure verification step
(such as a one-time code) is used, which shifts fraud liability to the card issuer when the bank verifies
you.
What appears on your statement
Your card statement will show a clear descriptor identifying this store, so the charge is easy to
recognize. If you ever see a charge you do not recognize, contact us right away at
support@glowteam.store and we will resolve it quickly — reaching us directly is faster and
easier than a dispute, and we would always rather help.
We do not store your card
Your card number is entered into secure fields hosted by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor and is
tokenized — replaced with a meaningless reference — before it ever reaches us. We use that token
only to complete your one-time charge and, if needed, to issue a refund to the same card. We never see, log or
store your full card number, expiry or security code.
Currency
All prices and charges are in US dollars. If you pay with a card denominated in another currency, your bank
handles the conversion at its own rate; the amount we charge is always the US-dollar total shown at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original card through the same secure channel. Because we hold only a token, we
can refund the card you paid with but cannot send a refund to a different card or account.
Fraud and disputes
We monitor transactions for fraud and may contact you to confirm details on an unusually large or unusual
order before it ships. If you believe your card has been used without your permission, please contact both
your bank and us. If you do not recognize a charge, reaching us first at support@glowteam.store is
almost always the fastest way to resolve it — we can identify the order and refund it directly if
something is wrong.
